Delivery
Every Synza order is packed and sent from our fulfilment partner in Riga. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, and you will receive tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.
United Kingdom
Standard delivery £4.95, arriving in 5 to 11 working days. Express delivery £9.95, arriving in 3 to 7 working days. Free standard delivery on orders over £45.
European Union
Standard delivery €5.95, arriving in 4 to 11 working days. Express delivery €14.95, arriving in 2 to 6 working days. Free standard delivery on orders over €70. Cyprus and Malta are express only at €16.95.
United States
Standard delivery $6.95, arriving in 8 to 17 working days. Free standard delivery on orders over $75. Express delivery is not currently available to United States addresses.
Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, join the waitlist and we will tell you the moment we reach you.
30-day guarantee
If your skin doesn't respond within 30 days, contact us and we'll refund the product or swap it for something better-matched. No questions, no fuss.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare unless it is faulty. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photograph and we will replace it at no cost. Return postage on a change of mind is the customer's to pay. On a faulty or wrong item, return postage is on us.
Subscription deliveries
Subscribers can skip, pause or cancel before the next shipment from the account dashboard. Free standard delivery applies on every subscription order.
