The name
Synthesis + Oryza.
Synza. Two roots. Synthesis, the act of combining elements to create something greater. Oryza, rice, the genus that gives us one of skincare's oldest and most underrated actives. The name is the philosophy.
The philosophy

We believe skincare should start with you, not a trend. Every formula in the lab begins with a question: does this work? Not 'does this sell', does it actually do what we say it does? We formulate to that standard and no other.
The honesty promise
Results-only claims.
We say 'expert-matched', never 'custom-made'. We say 'results-only actives' and every INCI list backs that up. No filler. No decorative doses. No claims we can't show the science for. If we can't prove it, we don't say it.
A founder note
This is not a moment. It is a standard.
Synza Lab was built because the beauty industry conflated complexity with efficacy. More products, more steps, more claims, none of it connected to results. We wanted one thing: skincare that works, matched to the person using it. That is still the only brief.
